Kory Alpichi is a Chemical Engineer and independent technical program consultant with over ten years of direct, hands-on experience supporting complex, regulated programs in pharmaceutical and life sciences environments.
His background spans GMP facility qualification and validation, quality assurance system coordination, CMC program management across clinical development phases, supply chain and vendor coordination, process engineering and scale-up support, SCADA modernization, organizational transformation, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment across multi-site and multi-team programs. Work has been performed across Class 5, 7, and 8 cleanroom manufacturing environments, aseptic drug product operations, and large-scale synthesis and purification processes.
Kory brings a governance-first approach to every engagement — coordinating integrated schedules, RAID logs, and KPI dashboards that keep cross-functional teams aligned and accountable. His documentation coordination and inspection-readiness support have contributed to client regulatory objectives across multiple regulated program environments.
